InnResidenz

Nine chapters lead through the vaulted shop at Residenzplatz 5, from the display wall and clockwork to the house itself.

Cuckoo clocks, Passau old town

01 / 04The vaulted shop

The website translates the physical vaulted shop into a tour rather than a storefront. Images come before copy. Motion follows chain, pendulum and door while the interface stays quiet enough for the brand's museum-like register.

01 · Brief

The vaulted shop full of Black Forest cuckoo clocks had no digital home. Before visiting, guests lacked imagery, orientation and an English version for international visitors.

02 · Approach

The site begins inside the dark vaulted shop and turns light at the threshold. From there, one continuous scroll choreography moves through the display, history, clockwork, host, house and location.

03 · Outcome

A bilingual one-pager with 42 prepared DSLR photographs, interactive clock anatomy, audio, a facade morph and a custom map for Residenzplatz.
